    【摘要】目的：总结分析常用抗菌药物的给药时间及临床合理用药方法。方法：选择2019年2月—2020年10月在我院接受抗菌药物治疗的2000例患者为研究对象，调查其用药处方及用药记录，分析其给药时间及合理用药情况。结果：氨基糖苷类药物给药1次/d，氟喹诺酮类药物给药(1～2)次/d，抗真菌类药物给药(2～3)次/d，大环内酯类药物及β内酰胺类药物中t1/2较短类给药(3～4)次/d、t1/2较长类给药1次/d。结论：不同类型抗菌药物的抗菌机制不同，给药时间也有所不同，实际临床用药中要充分结合患者的病情程度、个体差异性等最终确定合理的用药方案。

    【Abstract】Objective： To summarize and analyze the administration time and clinical rational drug use of common antibiotics. Methods： 2000 patients treated with antibiotics in our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research object， their medication prescriptions and medication records were investigated， and their administration time and rational medication were analyzed.
