    【摘要】目的：探讨蒙脱石散保留灌肠联合锌制剂在小儿腹泻中的治疗效果。方法：选取我院2020年10月—2021年10月儿科收治的86例腹泻患儿，将受试者进行随机分组，各43例，对照组进行常规方法治疗，研究组进行蒙脱石散保留灌肠以及锌制剂锌制剂联合治疗，对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、症状与体征改善时间及用药安全性。结果：研究组患儿治疗总有效率(95.35%)较对照组(79.07%)更高(P<0.05)；研究组患儿症状与体征改善时间较对照组更短 (P<0.05)；就两组患儿的不良反应发生情况进行比较，两组之间没有明显的差别(P>0.05)。结论：小儿腹泻采用蒙脱石散保留灌肠与锌制剂进行联合治疗，可有效改善临床症状与体征，调节免疫功能，疗效安全显著，对促进腹泻患儿病情康复具有积极意义。
