    【摘要】目的：分析乙肝疫苗纳入免疫规划管理后对儿童乙肝表面抗原阳性率、血清学的影响。方法：2002年1月前，乙肝疫苗未纳入儿童免疫规划管理，选择此阶段接诊的儿童39例，设定为对照组，另选取2018年1月—2020年1月接诊的儿童39例，设定为试验組，统计两组儿童乙肝表面抗原阳性率和血清学情况。结果：试验组全程接种率为100.00%，高于对照组89.74%(P<0.05)；试验组血清内抗-HBs阳性率为58.97%，高于对照组33.33%，试验组血清抗-HBc阳性率为10.26%，低于对照组35.90%(P<0.05)；试验组HBsAg阳性率为0.00%，低于对照组12.82%(P<0.05)。结论：乙肝疫苗纳入免疫规划管理后能够提升儿童预防接种率，改善其血清学指标，促使病毒感染风险降低，应用价值较高。
