    【摘要】目的：探讨独创腹部推拿法联合自制穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法 对2019年6月—12月60例小儿厌食症患儿给予特色小儿腹部推拿联合自制中药穴位敷贴操作干预治疗，并结合不良喂养方式的纠正，比较60例小儿厌食症患儿治疗前后的中医证候积分。结果 治疗后患儿的中医证候积分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)；60例患儿治疗总有效率为96.67%。结论 特色小儿腹部推拿联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿厌食症的疗效确切，可有效改善症状，促使食欲恢复正常，安全性高，值得推广应用。
