    【摘要】目的：探讨雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年阴道炎的临床效果。方法：选取2018年7月—2021年7月我院的90例老年阴道炎患者，随机分成两组。对照组单用雌激素软膏，观察组采取雌激素软膏与保妇康栓联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的阴道壁充血消退、灼热感消失、阴道分泌物减少、瘙痒感消失等时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的血清LH、E2、P和FSH水平无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的血清LH、E2、P和FSH水平均明显改善(P<0.05)，且观察组的水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓能显著减轻老年阴道炎患者的症状，改善激素水平。
