    【摘要】目的：探讨与分析社区产妇盆底功能障碍疾病的发生情况及相关因素。方法：选择2021年1月—6月于本院就诊疑似盆底功能障碍产妇78例作为研究对象，收集所有产妇的一般资料与分娩指标，判定产后3个月盆底功能障碍疾病发生情况并进行相关性分析。结果：78例疑似盆底功能障碍产妇产后3个月发生盆底功能障碍疾病13例，占比16.67%。其中盆底肌异常7例，尿失禁3例，盆腔脏器脱垂3例。Logistic回归分析显示产程时间、吸烟、孕次、产次为导致社区产妇盆底功能障碍疾病发生的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论：社区盆底功能障碍产妇发生率高，产程时间、吸烟、孕次、产次为导致社区产妇盆底功能障碍疾病发生的重要因素。
