    【摘要】目的：探讨个性化舒适护理干预在小儿阑尾炎术后的应用价值。方法：选取2018年1月—2021年10月入院进行手术治疗的82例阑尾炎患儿，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取个性化舒适护理干预。结果：观察组的肠梗阻、恶心呕吐、切口感染和腹腔脓肿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理前，两组阑尾炎患儿的社交功能、躯体功能、学校功能及情感功能评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组阑尾炎患儿的社交功能、躯体功能、学校功能及情感功能评分均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组相关指标评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：个性化舒适护理干预可改善小儿阑尾炎术后并发症的发生率，提高患儿的生活质量。
