    【摘要】目的：探讨健康教育模式在农村已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年9月—2021年9月接受宫颈癌筛查的80名农村已婚妇女为研究对象。将受试者根据筛查顺序进行分组，各40例。对照组仅给予常规护理模式，研究组在对照组的基础上开展健康教育模式。对比两组已婚妇女的不良情绪评分与宫颈癌筛查信念评分变化以及健康教育效果。结果：干预后，研究组受检者的SAS与SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组受检者健康教育各项目评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，研究组宫颈癌筛查信念評分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：健康教育模式可有效缓解受检者的负面情绪，帮助其掌握宫颈癌筛查相关知识，提高筛查信念，值得在农村已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查护理中应用推广。
