    【摘要】目的：探讨家庭化护理对产后抑郁症患者抑郁状况、生活质量和血清学指标水平的影响。方法：选取我院2019年1月—2022年1月产科收治的72例产后抑郁症患者为研究对象。将受试者按照1：1模式进行分组，各36例。对照组患者接受常规护理，研究组患者在对照组的基础上开展家庭化护理。对比两组患者抑郁症状评分变化、生活质量改善情况及血清学指标水平变化。结果：干预后，研究组产妇EPDS及BDI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，研究组患者P水平显著低于对照组，E2及5-HT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，研究组患者GQOLI-74各维度评分均显著高于对照组高(P<0.05)。与对照组护理满意度相比，研究组更高(P<0.05)。结论：家庭化护理对促进产后抑郁症患者病情恢复具有积极意义。
