    【摘要】目的：探讨在股骨颈骨折老年患者治疗中辅以系统化护理的施护价值。方法：试验对象选择于2021年1月—2022年2月在我院就医的股骨颈骨折老年患者90例，以随机数字表法均分为两组，在施治期间分别提供常规护理与系统化护理，统计组间术后恢复情况及施护满意度差异性。结果：观察组疼痛缓解时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间及疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组施护总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过以系统化护理模式施护，可有效缩短啊混着住院时间及骨折愈合时间的同时，还能降低其疼痛感，有利于增强患者对于护理服务满意度及改善其预后，适宜临床推广与借鉴。
