    【摘要】目的：探讨在消化内镜护理风险控制中实施PDCA循环模式的应用价值以及患者对护理质量的满意度。方法：选取2021年1月—12月期间在我院接受消化内镜检查的患者，共有120例纳入本次研究。将2021年1月—6月期间采取常规护理管理的60例患者纳入对照组，将2021年7月—12月期间采取PDCA循环模式管理的60例患者纳入研究组，重点比较护理质量与护理满意度情况、风险事件发生情况。结果：比较护理质量评分，研究组各项评分均较(P<0.05)；比较护理满意度，研究组护理满意度较高(P<0.05)；比较风险事件，研究组风险事件发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论：在消化内镜护理风险控制中施以PDCA循环模式管理效果显著，可提升总体护理质量，降低风险事件发生率，建议推广应用。
