    【摘要】目的：探讨在脑外伤昏迷患者治疗早期提供肠内应用护理，对改善其营养治疗与免疫功能的施护价值。方法：试验对象选择于2020年1月—2022年1月期间，在我院就医的脑外伤昏迷患者70例，以数字奇偶法均分为两组，每组各35例，在施治期间分别以肠外营养与肠内营养护理，统计组间营养指标与免疫功能差异性。结果：观察组施护后IgG及IgA指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组施护后Hb、AlB及PA指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过以早期肠内营养护理模式施护，可有效改善患者营养指标与免疫功能，有利于促进患者恢复，适宜临床借鉴与推广。
