    【摘要】目的：研究分析冠心病护理中优质护理服务的使用效果。方法：选择医院2020年1月—2021年1月接诊的100例冠心病病人当做研究对象，依据护理方式不同将其分成实验组和对照组，每一组50例。对照组给与心内科基本护理，实验组在这一基础上给与优质护理服务，观察两组病人护理满意度。结果：实验组护理总满意率为98.00%，好于对照组的80.00%，差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组经护理后，抑郁情绪明显改善，实验组改善情况优于对照组， 差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理服务用以冠心病病人可提高病人的满意率，改进护患关系，从而有益于病人恢复。
