    【摘要】目的：探讨基于FTS理念的围术期护理用于肝癌患者的价值。方法：选取本院于2018年1月—2021年12月间收治的70例肝癌患者为研究对象，采用随机抽签的方式予以分组，分为实验组和对照组，每组各35例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用快速康复外科(FTS)理念的护理方式。结果：在肛门排气时间、进食时间、术后下床活动时间、排便时间、住院时间方面，实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)；在护理满意度方面，实验组满意度97.14%，对照组满意度65.71%，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在肝癌患者中，基于FTS理念的围术期护理，效果显著，能够有效提升患者的治疗效果，加速患者恢复，值得临床推广和应用。
