    【摘要】目的：研究中医综合护理在腰椎手术患者中运用的效果。方法：选取本院2019年收治的腰椎手术患者150例，按照护理的不同，将全部患者平均的分为两组，命名为实验组和对照组。结果：实验组疼痛评分明显低于对照组，实验组护理满意度(98.66%)明显高于对照组(90.66%)，组间差异较明显(P<0.05)。结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者应用综合护理临床效果较显著，可明显改善患者的疼痛程度，促进护理满意度的提升，具有临床应用价值。
