    【摘要】目的：探讨疼痛护理干预在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2019年1月—2022年1月我院收治的78例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者参与研究，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取疼痛护理干预。观察两组的护理效果。结果：护理前，两组的日间功能障碍、睡眠质量、催眠药物、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、入睡时间和睡眠时间各项评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。护理后，两组的上述评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的各评分明显低于对照组相应的评分(P<0.05)。护理前，两组的VAS评分和神经病理性疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的上述评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的两项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：疼痛护理干预在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中有较高的应用价值，值得临床推广。
