    【摘要】目的：研究糖尿病合并冠心病患者临床治疗过程中采用多样化护理的效果。方法：将研究时间选定在2020年12月—2021年12月，研究对象为这一期间我院收治的70例糖尿病合并冠心病患者，根据护理方式的不同，将其分成研究组、常规组，前者予以多样性护理，后者予以常规护理，比较两组分别护理干预后的自我管理能力、血糖控制率、护理满意度及血糖水平。结果：两组自我管理能力、血糖控制率比较上，研究组均优于常规组患者(P<0.05)；在护理满意度比较上，研究组明显高于常规组(P<0.05)，在血糖水平指标评分比较上，研究组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：将多样性护理用于糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗中，不仅会改善患者的血糖状况，同时也会让患者更好的管理自己，满意护理人员的工作，值得运用。
