    【摘要】目的：探讨以预见理念为导向的护理干预在肺栓塞患者中的应用。方法：选取本院于2019年1月—2022年1月间收治的64例肺栓塞患者为研究对象，在随机抽检方法的指导下对患者进行分组，共两组，命名为对照组和实验组，各32例患者。将常规护理在对照组中进行实施，同时将以预见理念为导向的护理在实验组中进行实施。结果：在生命体征指标、HAMA和HAMD评分中，实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在肺栓塞的护理中，行以预见理念为导向的护理，效果显著，能够平稳患者生命体征，提高患者自我情绪控制能力，值得临床推广和使用。
