    【摘要】目的：探讨压力性损伤链式管理联合心理干预对老年糖尿病患者康复及负面情绪影响。方法：选取我院收治的100例老年糖尿病患者参与研究(入院时间：2019年1月—2021年1月)，将患者随机分为两组(50例/组)。对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加压力性损伤链式管理联合心理干预。结果：护理后，观察组餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖和对照组相比较小，且血糖达标时间有明显的缩短(P<0.05)；两组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显减小，且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)；就压力性损伤发生率观察发现，观察组该值为10.00%，对照组该值为50.00%，观察组和对照组相比较低(P<0.05)。结论：对老年糖尿病患者应用压力性损伤链式管理联合心理干预能够减少患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，促进其早日康复。
