    【摘要】目的：分析社区规范化管理对老年男性高血压患者血压变化控制情况的影响。方法：2020年3月—2021年3月，从在本社区参加老年人体检登记的老年男性高血压患者中选择120例，利用随机数表法分两组，各60例，对照组给予一般常规社区管理，试验组给予社区规范化管理，比较两组血压变化控制情况；结果：试验组管理依从性为96.66%，高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)；两组患者管理前，舒张压和收缩压水平组间对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，管理后两组舒张压和收缩压低于管理前(P<0.05)，组间对比试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对老年男性高血压患者，社区规范化管理有利于纠正患者不良行为习惯，提高其依从性，能够更好地控制患者血压水平，利于维持患者健康状况。
