    【摘要】目的：分析全面流程管理对急诊护理管理效果及不良事件的影响。方法：2019年12月—2021年11月从本院急诊科收治的患者中选取150例，利用随机数表法分两组，各75例，对照组：常规急诊护理管理，试验组：全面流程管理，比较两组管理情况。结果：试验组不良事件发生率为4.00%，低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05)；试验组管理满意度为97.33%，高于对照组88.00%(P<0.05)；试验组抢救时间、心肺复苏时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在急诊护理管理工作开展中，全面流程管理能够预防不良事件发生，缩短救治时间，保护患者安全，有利于提高患者对服务的满意度，应用价值更高。
