    【摘要】目的：探究分析在高血压合并糖尿病患者中采取综合健康管理模式的效果。方法：从2019年10月—2021年10月我院收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者中抽选68例作为本次研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，实验组34例，接受综合健康管理模式管理，对照组34例，接受常规护理管理，将两组的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果：干预前，两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，实验组上述血糖指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前，两组舒张压、收缩压等血压指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，实验组舒张压、收缩压等血压指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在高血压合并糖尿病患者中采取综合健康管理模式能够帮助患者更好的控制血糖和血压，使得护理效果得到提升，效果明显，可推广。
