    【摘要】目的：分析品管圈活动应用于外科留置导尿管患者对降低感染的作用。方法：分析对象为2021年1月—3月期间我院外科留置导尿管患者79例，均实施品管圈活动，另选择2020年10月—12月期间我院外科留置导尿管患者79例，未实施品管圈活动，分别纳入研究组和对照组，对比和分析两组护理效果。结果：与对照组对比，研究组患者尿路感染发生率明显较低(P<0.05)；与对照组对比，研究组患者护理满意度明显较高(P<0.05)；与对照组对比，研究组护理人员无形成果明显较好(P<0.05)。结论：品管圈活动应用于外科留置导尿管患者效果突出，可使感染有效降低，建议推广。
