    【摘要】目的：探讨经腹部超声与经阴道超声检查在卵泡监测中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年1月—12月进行卵泡监测的96例患者为研究对象，根据不同的超声检查方法将患者分为阴道超声组与腹部超声组，各48例。分析不同检查方法在卵巢与卵泡中的检查结果、卵泡平均直径与子宫内膜厚度，随访6个月，分析其妊娠情况。结果：阴道超声与腹部超声卵巢显示个数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)，阴道超声在成熟卵泡、卵丘及小卵泡中的显示个数显著高于腹部超声，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；阴道超声与腹部超声在卵泡平均直径及子宫内膜厚度中的检测数值比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)；随访6个月内经阴道超声监测者成功妊娠27例(占56.25%)，经腹部超声监测者成功妊娠18例(占37.50%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：与腹部超声相比，阴道超声更有利于监测卵泡的功能状态，提高妊娠率，在卵泡监测中具有较高的应用价值。
