    【摘要】目的：探讨呋塞米联合硝酸甘油对慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法：选取2020年5月—2021年12月入院的88例慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分成两组。对照组单用硝酸甘油治疗，观察组联用呋塞米治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的LVEDV、HR、LVEF、LVESV无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的LVEDV、HR、LVEF、LVESV均明显改善(P<0.05)，且觀察组的LVEDV、HR、LVEF、LVESV明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：呋塞米联合硝酸甘油对慢性心力衰竭的效果显著。
