    【摘要】目的：探讨在尿道炎患者治疗中联合以盐酸多西环素与阿奇霉素施治的价值。方法：试验对象对象选于2019年1月—2022年1月期间，在我卫生院就医的尿道炎患者70例，以随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组，在施治期间提供阿奇霉素与联合盐酸多西环素施治，统计组间症状改善时间、雌激素水平及不良反应差异性。结果：观察组尿急、尿频及尿道红肿症状改善时间低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组FSH、LH及PRL雌激素水平指标低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组用药不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过联合以盐酸多西环素及阿奇霉素施治，可有效缓解患者症状，降低体内雌激素水平的同时，还具备较高用药安全性，适宜临床借鉴与推广。
