    【摘要】目的：探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片对高血压病合并冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法：选取80例高血压病合并冠心病患者，将受试者根据电脑盲选法进行分组。对照组患者给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上口服厄贝沙坦片治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：研究组的治疗总有效率和对照组相比有显著的增长(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的IMT、NO及ET-1水平进行分析得出没有统计性的结论(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组的IMT及ET-1水平相比于对照组有很大程度的降低，NO水平相比于对照组有明显的升高(P<0.05)。研究组发生药物不良反应情况比对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论：硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片可有效患者临床症状及体征，改善IMT与血管内皮功能，且安全性高，对降低高血压病合并冠心病患者并发症、促进预后改善具有积极意义。
