    【摘要】目的：探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合麒麟丸治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月—2021年10月我院收治的100例月经不调患者，随机分成两组。对照组患者在饭后温水服用戊酸雌二醇片，每天一次，每次两片。观察组联合服用麒麟丸，每天三次，每次6g，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的有效率和对照组相比有显著的增长(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的神疲乏力、腰骶酸痛、乳房胀痛、腹部胀痛和畏寒肢冷症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的神疲乏力、腰骶酸痛、乳房胀痛、腹部胀痛和畏寒肢冷症状评分均发生了很大的变化，均明显减少(P<0.05)，且观察组的评分和对照组相比降低的程度更大(P<0.05)。结论：戊酸雌二醇片联合麒麟丸治疗月经不调的临床效果较佳，值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with Qilin pill in the treatment of irregular menstruation.
