    【摘要】目的：探討替硝唑联合地塞米松在牙周牙髓联合病变根管治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的86例牙周牙髓联合病变患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受根管治疗，将患者根据随机抽签原则进行分组，各43例，对照组患者根管预备后给予甲醛甲酚根管内封药，研究组患者则给予替硝唑联合地塞米松糊剂根管内封药，对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、各牙周指标、根管治疗术诊间痛发生率及不良事件发生率。结果：与对照组患者治疗总有效率(76.74%)相比，研究组患者(93.02%)更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后研究组患者PD、GI、SBI、PLI水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患者根管治疗术诊间痛发生率及不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，两组之间相比(P<0.05)。结论：替硝唑联合地塞米松可有效改善牙周指数，降低根管治疗术诊间痛发生率及不良事件发生率，疗效确切，对保证牙周牙髓联合病变根管治疗效果具有重要意义。
