    【摘要】目的：不同喂养方式对婴儿的生长发育会有不同的影响，本研究将对比母乳喂养和人工喂养的应用效果。方法：采用随机数字法将2019年1月—2020年1月在我院出生的婴儿120例作为本次研究对象，按照喂养方式的不同将其分为母乳组和人工组，每组60例婴儿，分别对婴儿出生42d、3月龄、6月龄各生长发育指标进行分析，对比不同喂养方式对婴儿生长发育影响。结果：本研究中，实验组婴儿的各项生长发育指标均优于对照组，且身体健康状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：母乳喂养对婴儿的生长发育有非常重要的促进作用，是婴儿的最佳食物，可以保证婴儿所需要的各种营养物质，同时也能够降低营养过盛的情况出现，需要进行高效的推广。
