    【摘要】目的：探讨在重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中联合以中西医结合疗法施治的价值。方法：试验对象选择于2020年1月—2022年1月期间，在我院接受治疗的重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者90例，采取随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组，在施治期间分别以常规西医疗法与联合中西医疗法施治，统计组间施治效果、呼吸情况与血气分析指标差异性。结果：观察组施治总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)；观察组呼吸频率及心率指標比对照组低(P<0.05)；观察组血氧分压与二氧化碳分压指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过联合以中西医疗法施治，可有效缓解患者症状，进一步提升临床疗效的同时，还可显著改善患者呼吸情况与血气分析指标，有利于促进其尽快恢复，适宜临床推广与借鉴。
