    【摘要】目的：分析中医康复护理用于脑梗死患者功能康复的影响。方法：选择2020年1月—12月到本院治疗脑梗死患者120例，随机分成实验组和对照组，分析两组护理满意度、神经功能和生活能力。结果：实验组护理满意度59(98.33%)高于对照组53(88.33%)(P<0.05)；护理前，两组患者NIHSS评分与ADL评分(P>0.05)；干预后，实验组NIHSS评分、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：运用中医康复护理干预脑梗死患者，可加速患者的功能康复，提升护理满意度。
