    【摘 要】目的：分析火针加红光+西药对于带状疱疹急性期的治疗效果与症状改善时间。方法：选取2021年3月—10月间门诊治疗的100例带状疱疹急性期患者参与研究。随机法分组，A组51例实行火针+红光照射+西药治疗；B组49例实行红光照射+西药治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：A组患者的总有效率高于B组，A组患者的症状改善时间短于B组，A组患者治疗1周、2周与4周后的疼痛评分均低于B组，数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的不良反应率与B组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：为带状疱疹急性期患者实行火针加红光+西药治疗可以提升疗效，缩短症状改善时间，且能缓解疼痛症状，安全性较高。
