    【摘要】目的：探讨香砂六君子汤合枳术丸治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法：选取我院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的80例脾虛气滞型功能性消化不良患者，将受试者进行随机分组，各40例，对照组患者接受复方消化酶治疗，研究组患者接受香砂六君子汤合枳术丸治疗，连续治疗4周后对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、中医证候评分变化以及胃泌素及胃动素水平变化。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率(95.00%)较对照组(77.50%)更高(P<0.05)；治疗后两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前明显降低，且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组患者胃泌素及胃动素水平较治疗前均明显升高，且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：香砂六君子汤合枳术丸可有效缓解中医证候，提高胃泌素及胃动素水平，疗效确切，对促进脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者病情康复具有积极意义。
