    【摘要】目的：评定宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床护理干预与效果。方法：随机选取我院接收的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者50例进行研究，调查时间控制在2020年8月—2021年8月之间。按照随机信封分组法分为两组，参比组患者应用基础护理干预，试验组患者应用综合护理干预。分析两组患者干预后的止血时间、住院时长、生活质量、护理满意度。结果：试验组患者干预后的止血时间、住院时长、生活质量均好于参比组(P<0.05)；试验组患者干预后的护理满意度高于参比组(P<0.05)。结论：在对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者进行护理干预时，使用综合护理干预能够缩短患者止血时间，促进患者康复出院，提升生活水平，提高护理满意度，值得推广。
