    【摘要】目的：探究儿科护理应用人性化护理对护理满意度、依从率及护理服务质量的影响。方法：按照数字随机法将从我院儿科选取94例患儿作为护理研究对象，分为试验组(47例)与对照组(47例)，对照组实施常规护理，试验组实施人性化护理，对比两组护理服务质量、患儿依从率及护理满意度。结果：试验组病房管理评分和基础护理评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患儿依从率(91.49%)明显高于对照组(72.34%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度(95.74%)显著高于对照组(74.47%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：儿科护理中应用人性化护理，可提高护理服务质量与患儿依从性，减少护患纠纷，促进满意度提升。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of pediatric nursing application of humanized nursing on nursing satisfaction，compliance rate and nursing service quality.Methods：According to the numerical randomization method，94 children from the department of pediatrics of our hospital were selected as the nursing research objects，they were divided into the experimental group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases).The nursing service quality，patient compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results： The scores of ward management and basic nursing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ......
