    【摘要】目的：观察营养护理对提高终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量的价值。方法：选择2019年1月—2020年1月本院治疗的患者40例为对照组(传统护理)，选择2020年2月—2021年2月本院治疗的40例患者为观察组(营养护理)，对比两组生活质量和营养状况。结果：观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的营养状况比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论：对终末期肾病血液透析患者进行营养护理，可以改善生活质量，提高社会功能，恢复正常生活。
