    【摘要】目的：分析颈椎病患者中不同护理模式的应用效果，并重点探究全方位优质护理的实施意义。方法：选取我院收治的78例颈椎病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组39例，前者接受常规护理，后者接受全方位优质护理，并对两种护理干预模式效果进行评价。结果：对照组护理满意度低于观察组(P<0.05)，对照组生活质量评分低于观察组(P<0.05)，对照组活动度低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论：在颈椎病患者中应用全方位优质护理有很好的效果，值得推广。
