    【摘要】目的：观察优质护理在慢阻肺急性加重期(AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭中的价值。方法：本研究纳入2019年5月—2020年10月在我院接受治疗的80名慢阻肺急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象，分为对照组(40例、常规护理)和观察组(40例、优质护理)。观察对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组肺功能、症状改善时间以及护理满意度、生活质量等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理能够有效增强机体肺功能，缩短住院时间，提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量。
