    【摘要】目的：研究观察在骨折围手术期中实行无痛护理的临床效果及满意度情况。方法：研究抽取2019年5月—2020年7月内接诊的66例骨折患者作为观察对象，依据抽样法进行分组，就对照组纳入的33例患者采取常规护理与观察组纳入的33例患者采取无痛护理所取得效果展开对比。结果：观察组中手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。和对照组(27.27%)相比，观察组骨折患者的并发症发生率(3.03%)得到了显著降低(P<0.05)。结论：应用无痛护理有助于改善患者临床指标，减轻疼痛，使护理满意度得到提升，很大程度上提高了护理水平，在临床中值得应用和推广。
