    【摘要】目的：分析颅脑手术患者术后护理中预防性护理模式的实施效果。方法：选择这次的研究对象是2020年1月—12月在本院进行颅脑手术的70例患者，根据给他们开展护理模式的不同分成参照组(常规护理，35例)与实验组(预防性护理，35例)，对比两组护理效果。结果：实验组的预后效果与生活自理能力改善程度均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)；实验组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：颅脑手术患者的术后护理中进行预防性护理，能够在很大程度上提高患者的预后效果与生活自理能力，减少此类患者术后并发症的发生，所具有的前瞻性作用显著，值得推荐。
