门诊护理工作中开展人文关怀、护患沟通的方法及效果
王芬【摘要】目的:分析在门诊护理工作中联合开展人文关怀以及护患沟通的应用价值。方法:对照组为常规门诊护理,观察组则进一步增加人文关怀与护患沟通。结果:观察组门诊护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理纠纷发生率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的5.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊护理工作中通过开展人文关怀以及护患沟通能够有效避免护患纠纷发生,并可提升护理满意度。
