    【摘要】目的：研究分析负压封闭引流技术(VAC)联合游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损的护理。方法：2019年6月—2020年5月，共采集80例样本，单双号分配，参比组：传统护理，研究组：优质护理，对两组护理效果进行分析。结果：临床指标各项数据统计，均以研究组更为良好(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理措施干预VAC联合游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者，可促进患者创面愈合，缩短其康复时长，护理干预效果显著。
