    【摘要】目的：研究基于时机理论戒烟护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响。方法：选2019年5月—2020年2月我院100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，各50例，对照组常规护理，实验组联合时机理论戒烟护理，比较组间护理效果。结果：出院1个月、6个月后，实验组戒烟率高于对照组(P<0.05)；出院1个月、6个月后，实验组对尼古丁依赖性评分、焦虑抑郁程度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：基于时机理论戒烟护理模式能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者戒烟效果，降低尼古丁依赖性，改善患者不良情绪。
