    【摘要】目的：分析产后抑郁症患者应用心理护理及健康教育的效果。方法：选择2019年5月—2020年5月收治的产后抑郁症患者共72例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行心理护理联合健康教育。比较两组抑郁情况及依从率情况。结果：护理后，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对产后抑郁症的患者，采用心理护理及健康教育，能够提高患者对病症的认识，改善其不良情绪，提高生活质量，预后效果较好，值得临床推广。
