    【摘要】目的：对社区卫生服务中心数字化预防接种门诊中应用精细化核对方法的应用效果进行分析探究。方法：选取2018年1月—2020年1月收集的预防接种儿童1000例进行分析，按照精细化核对方法实施前后将其分为两组，分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组500例采用常规管理方式，观察组中500例实施精细化核对方法。对比精细化核对方法实施前后的预防接种门诊工作情况，包括疫苗接种的具体操作时间、差错发生率。结果：观察组患者的疫苗接种操作时间明显短于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组的差错发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：将精细化核对方法实施于社区卫生服务中心数字化预防接种门诊中，能有效减少工作中的差错发生，缩短小儿的接种时间，应用效果显著，值得推广。
