    【摘要】目的：探讨临床对于腰椎间盘突出症的患者在治疗时通过椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的方式对其病情的影响。方法：纳入病例的时间段为2018年5月—2020年5月，纳入的病例均是在这个时间段我院收治的患有腰椎间盘突出症的患者，本次纳入83例患者参与研究。将病例进行奇偶数编号，按照奇数与偶数编号分成两组，对照组的患者实施小切口髓核切除术，研究组的患者采取经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：研究组的患者治疗总有效率较对照组患者有明显的提高(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组患者JOA评分较对照组患者明显提高，Oswestry评分较对照组患者明显降低(P<0.05)。结论：临床在治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者时，通过经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术进行治疗能够获得确切的疗效，可改善患者的临床症状，促进术后的恢复，值得推广和使用。
