    【摘要】目的：研究血液生化检验时发生血清胆固醇异常的主要原因及应对策略。方法：将2019年4月—2021年9月期间在本院行血液生化检验的185例患者作为研究对象，对其血清胆固醇异常情况进行统计分析，并探讨相应的解决方案。结果：①共检出血清胆固醇异常42例(22.70%)，血清胆固醇偏高36例(85.71%)，血清胆固醇偏低6例(14.29%)；血清胆固醇偏高发生率(85.71%)明显高于血清胆固醇偏低发生率(14.29%)(P<0.05)，有统计学意义；原发性血清胆固醇偏高发生率(75.00%)明显高于继发性血清胆固醇偏高发生率(25.00%)(P<0.05)，有统计学意义；②血清胆固醇偏高的主要原因：肝脏病变、糖尿病、药物导致等；③血清胆固醇偏低的主要原因：肝硬化、甲亢、α脂蛋白血症等。结论：原发性血清胆固醇偏高在血液生化检验结果中最为多见，主要原因为肝脏病变、糖尿病、药物导致等，需要根据患者个体情况采取饮食调节、运动治疗等措施。
