    【摘要】目的：探析流式细胞仪检测系统性红斑狼疮患者T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞的价值。方法：从时间2020年12月—2021年12月之间我院接收的系统性红斑狼疮患者中随机抽取25例进行调查，将其纳入试验组。选取同一时间段内我院接收的健康体检人员25例进行调查，将其纳入参比组。两组均进行T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞检测，分析检测结果和检测满意度。结果：试验组患者检测后的T淋巴细胞亚群水平、NK细胞水平均低于参比组健康体检人员(P<0.05)，统计学有意义；试验组患者检测后的检测满意度与参比组健康体检人员相比无明显差异性(P>0.05)，统计学无意义。结论：在对系统性红斑狼疮患者进行诊断检查时，使用流式细胞仪检测其T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞能夠有效评估患者病情状况，为日后治疗服务提供参考依据。
