    【摘要】目的：探讨奥扎格雷钠联合降纤酶应用于脑血栓治疗的临床疗效。方法：从我院择选脑血栓患者60例，时间线2019年1月—2021年1月，分为采取单纯的奥扎格雷钠治疗(对照组)与采取奥扎格雷钠联合降纤酶治疗(观察组)，两组均为30例。比较两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对脑血栓患者，临床行奥扎格雷钠联合降纤酶治疗，不仅能提高治疗的效果，改善生活质量，还能减少并发症的发生，值得推广。
